Shore 2 Sea accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury or death caused through using our products. Dry bags are not to be used as a floatation device or used, unsupervised by children.

Shore 2 Sea accepts no liability for the loss or damage to any belonging whilst using their products, due to the waterproof limitations and possible incorrect usage of the bag.  Shore 2 Sea accept no responsibility for damage to the bag through incorrect use for example; puncturing or subjection to extreme heat.

Warranty

Because of the limitations mentioned in the previous paragraphs we do NOT give warranty on dry bag and backpack leakage.

While cases of wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse and lifetime expirations are not covered at Shore 2 Sea we will always try our best to help.  When at all possible we will offer to repair the dry bag to a functional state.  However, at a time because of colour or stock limitations and replacement part colours and design may vary from the original.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to get the dry bag to us for repair.

Before you send your dry bag to us please remember to clean it and remove all personal belongings, or we may not be able to carry out work on it.

The Shore 2 Sea Team look at each case individually and the final decision will be provided upon evaluation of the dry bag in question.
